Palmisano Contractors was hired to work with developer and real estate investor Tom Winingder on The Saint Anna. Located at the corner of Prytania St. and Felicity St., the former assisted living center received a total renovation to become 23 one-, two-, and three-bedroom high-end apartments. All utility infrastructure was updated and corridors were rearranged to receive more natural light. The exterior façades required extensive repair and refinishing to bring the elevations back to their original appearance.
Construction began in June 2014 with complete interior demolition, and Palmisano finished renovations in July 2015.
Once again working for a repeat client, this project served as an opportunity to improve upon our productivity and efficiency. A jobsite computer with cloud capabilities allowed us to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and stay on time and on budget throughout the operation. No part of this project went to waste. Even previously scrapped wood was put to use in the units’ kitchens.
“Palmisano Contractors exhibits a long-term perspective for client services and quality construction. Management and the project team clearly enjoy their line of work and engage in delivering a high-caliber property – a mindset we aim to align with when identifying project partners.”
-W. Patrick Schindler, President, Felicity Property Co

A fading facility became a new light of historic character for the entire city to appreciate. The interior courtyard is now a beautiful place for locals to gather and appreciate the artists of their area.
