Field Operations

Trevor began his construction career in 1985 as a carpenter’s helper and was promoted to the position of foreman, then Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent.  Over the last 28 years in the business, he has developed vast knowledge of construction materials and methods in all types of commercial construction.  In his previous position of Superintendent, he managed all aspects of the field operations on projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $60,000,000.  These projects varied in type from office, retail, entertainment, sports stadiums, multi-family, hotel, car dealerships, schools, assisted living, medical, warehouse, and hurricane restoration.

Trevor is a proven team leader with a track record of high integrity, excellent customer service, quality work, efficient project delivery, and an impeccable safety record.  His capabilities, talents, and experience set an outstanding example for all members of the Palmisano Construction team.  His responsibilities with the firm include managing all aspects of the field operations.

I love the pride that I feel when Iooking at a finished project. As a superintendent, I get to take some responsibility for every bit of work, so when I see it completely done, it blows me away how much time and care was put into each piece.
